Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days — we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.

Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 4–10 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delays
LegRelief is not liable for any shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances outside of our control. All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States and the European Union. Orders shipped outside the country of origin may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey to your door.
